We work with you to decide the most appropriate colour and finish to give your piece a new lease of life without compromising its functionality or value to you.
Paint colours are carefully selected to work best with the age, type of wood and desired effect for your piece. We work with brands that bear the environment in mind and offer colours and tones that will make you tingle.
Our process focuses on detailed PREPARATION as we value this as the foundation of the beautiful flat and seamless finish we achieve.

We collect our own pieces that we love and refinish and display them to offer you colour inspiration and ideas.

The paints we use
Our primary goal is to refinish pieces in striking, energetic colours with a flawless low sheen finish.
As upcycling is our thing, we make sure to choose paint companies that have the environment in mind. As such, all the brands we use have low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and are odourless.
Our chosen brands are premium quality, offer excellent adherence, and are all water resistant and very hardwearing. Most of all, they offer the most luxurious, mouthwatering, full bodied colour choices.

Fusion Mineral Paint

Zoffanny & Sanderson Paints
Part of a collective of quintessentially British luxury interior brands, both Zoffanny and Sanderson offer a superior grade pigment in their paints. We are never short for choice with both ranges of luscious colours from pastel shades to deep hues packed with a visual punch. Both are low in VOCs.

Commission Us to Refinish Your Piece
The Process
Send us an image of your piece with dimensions and condition.
We then talk history and heritage and function of your piece. Based on this information, together we shortlist colour(s) about finish options.
We will then assess and send you an estimate of refinishing your piece, cost and lead times for completion.
We invite you to drop off your piece to our West Sussex Showroom or we are able to collect from you for a fee based on the size of the piece and distance from our showroom.
We thoroughly prep your piece by degreasing, filling holes and cracks where necessary, sanding and priming. We are also happy to carry out small repairs and will add to the final cost of the project.
We then paint your piece to our agreed finish and quality, and finally quality check your piece.
